Amangarh Tiger Reserve Is One Of The Most Prestigious, Beautiful And Richest Wilderness Areas In District Bijnor Of Uttar Pradesh, Spreading Over An Area Of About 9500 Ha (95 Sq.Kms) With A Combination Of Grasslands, Wetlands And Dense Forest. Out Of The 3 Tiger Reserves In UP, Amangarh Is Emerging As An Important Eco-Tourism Spot After Dudhwa And Pilibhit. Amangarh Was Notified On 21 July 2012 As A Amangarh Tiger Reserve. In 2012, The Reserve Was Said To Have 13 Tigers Which Jumped To A Total Of 20 In All India Tiger Estimation 2018. Apart From Tigers, 105 Elephants Are Reported In Elephant Census-2019 In ATR/Elephant Reserve. Its 79.99 Sq Km.Area Was Notified As Elephant Reserve In 2011.
At present, the forest department has set a 30 km track for tourists to roam inside Amangarh. If we talk about the fees, at present five people will be allowed to go in a gypsy and tourists will have to pay a fee of Rs 2280 for this. Every wildlife is present in the Amangarh forest range, to see which people go to Corbett Park after spending thousands of rupees. There are 27 tigers and more than a hundred elephants.
